- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for our products will be displayed at the time of checkout.
- Shipping charges for orders within Canada are based on the total value of the basket.
- Order will be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving.
- Within India:
- A flat shipping charge of Rs 300 will be applied to products valued below Rs 6000, regardless of the delivery location within India.
- Shipping charges will be waived for products valued above Rs 6000 anywhere in India.
- International Orders:
- Shipping costs for international orders will be determined based on applicable rates.
- Address Information:
- To avoid potential delivery delays, please ensure you provide an accurate, complete, and valid address, including the corresponding pin code, during the account creation process.
- Responsibility for Address Accuracy:
- It’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in product delivery if an incorrect address is provided. In such cases, the buyer will not be eligible to claim any refunds for delayed delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Liability Disclaimer:
- Our liability is disclaimed in the event of any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyers.
Returns & Exchanges
- Cancellations:
- If a customer cancels an order before it has been shipped, inkraftkreations may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period.
- Please note that any transaction fee charged by the bank will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be canceled.
- Return/Exchange & Refund Policy:
- Product Exchange:
- You can exchange a product if you are not satisfied (terms and conditions apply).
- To initiate an exchange, ship the product back to us within 24 hours of accepting the order, with original tags intact and in the same fold in case of saree.
- Send us the shipping slip along with an email providing a valid reason for the return.
- Once we receive the product, we will issue a store credit of the same value, which you can use for future purchases.
- Please note that shipping charges for the return will be incurred by the customer.
- Return & Refund for Defective/Damaged/Wrong Products:
- If the product received by the customer is clearly defective, damaged, or the wrong product, you can receive a store credit for the same amount or exchange it for a new product of equal value (terms and conditions apply).
- To initiate a return, ship the product back to us within 48 hours of accepting the order, with original tags intact and in the same fold in the case of a saree.
- Send us the shipping slip along with an email explaining the valid reason for the return and include pictures of the product.
- Shipping charges will be refunded if the problem with the product is genuine or if the mistake is on our side.
- Please note that we require an unboxing video as a mandatory requirement, which must be shared with us during the return process.
